A typical 10-person Florida business invests $750 to $1,500 per month. There are no long-term contracts.

No. Simply IT uses a 90-day cancellation notice rather than long-term contracts. Clients can cancel managed IT with 90 days notice — no penalties, no buy-out. We believe clients should stay because of the value we deliver, not because they are locked into a multi-year agreement.
How quickly does Simply IT respond when something goes wrong?+
Simply IT targets a 15-minute first-response time for remote support requests during business hours (Mon-Fri 6:30am-6:30pm) and same-day on-site response for critical outages in Marion County. Most issues are resolved remotely during the first contact. Because Simply IT proactively monitors your systems 24/7, many issues are detected and resolved before users notice.
Does Simply IT support medical, dental, legal, and accounting practices?+
Yes. Simply IT specializes in compliance-aware managed IT for regulated industries: HIPAA-aligned IT for medical and dental practices (signed Business Associate Agreements, EHR vendor coordination, Microsoft 365 BAA activation), FTC Safeguards Rule-aligned IT for CPA and accounting firms (16 CFR Part 314 WISP support), and ABA Model Rule 1.6 / Florida Bar Rule 4-1.6-aligned IT for law firms (wire-fraud protection, secure document management, governed AI).

Does Simply IT support Microsoft 365 and provide Business Associate Agreements?+
Yes. Simply IT is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every healthcare client. Simply IT activates the Microsoft 365 HIPAA BAA in every healthcare tenant — the most common HIPAA documentation gap we find at Florida medical practices. Microsoft 365 licensing is passed through at CSP rates: Business Basic $7.50/user/mo, Standard $15, Premium $27. Qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits receive Business Basic and Standard FREE plus Premium at $6/user/mo.
