I founded Simply IT in 2020 with one rule: businesses in North Central Florida deserve an IT company that picks up the phone, shows up when it matters, and treats their technology like it's our own. After 30 years working in enterprise IT — starting in a Marine Corps telecommunications school in 1997 and ending up running infrastructure for mid-market companies — I'd seen too many small businesses stuck with reactive, contract-trapped IT that didn't actually solve anything.
Simply IT is built on the opposite. Flat monthly pricing. No long-term lock-in (90-day cancellation, period). One local team that knows your business, your industry, and your name. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every medical and dental practice we serve — which is more than most IT companies in the area can say. And every lead that comes through this site comes to me first. I follow up personally, usually the same business day.
The technology stack matters — Microsoft 365, WatchGuard, Intermedia, Pax8, and modern AI tools deployed responsibly — but the real differentiator is how we show up. We're local, we're accountable, and we treat your business like our own.
