Simply IT manages Microsoft 365 for $15 per user per month. This includes full deployment and configuration, security hardening, Teams and SharePoint setup, ongoing management, and support for all Microsoft 365 applications. Microsoft licensing is separate — Simply IT can procure licensing on your behalf or manage your existing subscription.

Does Simply IT help nonprofits get discounted Microsoft 365 pricing?

Yes. Microsoft 365 includes basic data retention but it is not a comprehensive backup solution. Microsoft's shared responsibility model places the responsibility for data protection on the customer.
