What We Did

Project showcase website with photo galleries plus review management with automated post-project requests

Simply IT built a project showcase website with photo galleries organized by project type — kitchen remodels, additions, commercial buildouts, exterior work, and more. A service area map showed coverage across Marion County. Client testimonials were prominently featured. A consultation request form was placed on every project page, capturing leads at the exact moment a visitor had just seen relevant work.

Review management launched in parallel with the site. The two existing negative reviews received professional, measured responses acknowledging the customer concerns and demonstrating the business's commitment to quality. An automated review request system was configured to send a personalized request the day after every project completion, with a direct link to the Google review form.

Photo upload workflow was set up so the contractor and crew could send job site photos directly to a designated email address that would auto-organize into the project gallery — building the showcase organically as work was completed.
